Incentive Prizes

If at least 100 paid participants register for this session of Walk North Dakota, everyone paying the registration fee, completing the program and submitting their steps at all four reporting times, and completing the WALK ND survey at the end of the challenge will receive WALK ND incentive. (Just report the total number of steps that you took for each two week period, not a daily total.)

If at least 100 paid participants register for this session, all participants that submit their steps every two weeks during the eight week challenge will have their name placed in a drawing for WALK ND jacket.

Weeks 1 & 2 (Sept.11 - 24):  - Total steps due by Sept. 28, 2011

Weeks 3 & 4 (Sept. 25 - Oct. 8): - Total steps due by Oct. 12, 2011

Weeks 5 & 6 (Oct. 9 - 22):  - Total steps due by Oct. 26, 2011

Weeks 7 & 8 (Oct. 23 - Nov 5):   - Total steps due by Nov. 9, 2011

To report your steps you can either :

1. Submit you steps on-line by clicking on "Submit Your Steps" in the list on the left side of your screen. 

2. Send a postcard to: WALK ND, % Linda Hauge, NDSU Dept. 7280, Box 6050, Fargo, ND 58108-6050 include your name, county, reporting period, and total number of steps walked for that reporting period. Request a set of postcards by calling 701-231-7964 or send an email to info@walknd.com
